Course: Customer Relationship Management – Sales

The Customer Relationship Management – Sales course is designed to teach Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and Sales Support staff the best practices for increasing sales, efficiencies, time management, data collection, and data management. Users will learn a new and improved business process from one of Vox ISM’s experienced trainers. After the conclusion of each week’s first session homework will be assigned to the staff to complete in time for review at the second session of the week. During the second sessions users will be evaluated on their ability to execute the processes learned that week.

Goal: Learn how to increase sales, productivity and efficiencies by implementing best practices on a daily basis.  Development of and/or improvement in employee skills in principles of sales such as application of sales techniques including telemarketing and social media, search engine optimization and answering RFPs successfully to enable the employee to be a better sales professional.

Course: Customer Relationship Management – Service

The Customer Relationship Management – Service course is designed to teach CSR Managers and staff the keys to providing the best customer service possible. Customer retention is key as the cost of retaining a customer is 1/7 the cost of selling to a new one. When issues arise they need to be tackled head-on in a timely manner. Customers expect to be known to the company’s they are purchasing from. At Vox ISM we teach our skills training attendees the best practices for servicing the customer’s needs, maintaining a strong database, allocating resources, and activity management. Each week of the 5 week course users will learn a new and improved business process from one of Vox ISM’s experienced trainers. After the conclusion of each week’s first session homework will be assigned to the staff to complete in time for review at the second session of the week. During the second sessions users will be evaluated on their ability to execute the processes learned that week.
