Vox ISM’s Customer Care Program is designed to offer you access to upgrades, system reviews, product enhancements, discounts on consultancy rates and the peace-of-mind that your system is running at an optimum level of efficiency. There are 2 levels to the Customer Care Program: Light and Premium.

In addition to our Customer Care Package, we offer the Managed Services package which provides on-going IT and Technical support for your Network and Infrastructure (i.e. not just our ISM Products).

  • Vox ISM’s Dynamics 365 Support Staff are ready to help M-F from 9-5 (unlimited calls).
  • Weekly webinars provide continued education for your Dynamics 365 users.
  • Training (access to the Microsoft Learning Portal and the Vox ISM learning portals.
  • 2 Microsoft Support Tickets/Yr. A $1,000 value.

Maintenance

  • Microsoft’s Enhancement Plan annual maintenance
  • Annual Dynamics system review and application review from a Vox ISM technical expert. A $3,000 value.
  • We will load critical patches as required.
  • ISM Support

Visibility

  • The customer portal gives you one location for all the information you need to run your project, get support for customer care, and access training materials.
  • Track project progress
  • Enter support tickets.
  • Member of the Customer Reference Program. A $1,100 value.
