Introduction to our Vertical Accelerator

Many of our customers design, build and install and repair large equipment in the industries of automotive, mining, forestry and oil and gas. They needed software to help project manager’s plan, schedule and executive efficiently and with good visibility as well as software to help track the project communications, documents and change orders. Dynamics NAV not only provides this but also the ability to create work orders to manufacture product and service tickets to install and commission projects in the field.

Vox ISM saw a need for this industry and created a vertical solution using the Microsoft Dynamics platform. This solution integrates Dynamics NAV, CRM and additional software that Vox created to provide a powerful, out of the box and easy to-use solution that is pre-built for this industry.

We will provide an overview of how the system works and its different components before walking through a quote to cash cycle in the software.
