The Shared Case Management System (SCMS) is a shared common case management solution being offered by Public Work and Government Services Canada.  The initiative includes making Microsoft Dynamics licenses available to Departments and Agencies of the Government of Canada and establishing a hosted, multi-tenant environment.  For more information about the SCMS please refer to the Shared Case Management System website.

Vox ISM and Coradix are offfering a preconfigured package for the Federal Government called the Quick Start Advantage: www.case4gov.ca

Using the Dynamics system we have configured the Complaints Management system to automate and streamline the process of handling citizens’ complaints and inquiries.  This seamlessly provides facilities to manage the process on a day-to-day basis, and to analyze both the complaints and the process over the long term.
