Jim graduated from Victoria Park High school, University of Toronto, and has a Western MBA. Jim started out as an accountant and has worked in the IT industry for the last 30 years. He is the president of Vox ISM, which has twice won a two-time Microsoft Partner of the Year award winner (#1 of 12,000 Microsoft Partners). The affiliated company, Shop 9000, was previously Infor’s world wide partner of year (#1 of 400 Infor Partners). Michael has over 20 years of manufacturing and operations experience in various industries which include Automotive, Health Nutritionals and Pharma as well as Agriculture. Types of manufacturing include high speed repetitive assembly, injection moulding, tool and mold as well as stamping, welding and process/batch. Michael has been a part time professor with St Clair College since 1998 and has spent a great deal of time with APICS both locally and nationally and is dedicated to lifelong learning. Michael first started out on the shop floor and worked his way up to C level positions but he really enjoyed spending time on the shop floor to understand the true dynamics of how an organization runs. Michael has been involved with various ERP system implementations over the years including most recently being “the guy on the ground” during a major Dynamics implementation project and Go Live. Michaels travels include working not only in Canada but extensively in the U.s and Mexico and is looking forward to being able to be back home and local to help build closer relationships with our clients.
Das Karia has over 15 years of experience implementing ERP and Financial solutions across Canada. His roles for Vox ISM will include managing multiple customer projects for Dynamics NAV and implementation of NAV systems including; Business Process analysis, review and document out of scope requirements, product configuration, user training and on-going client/user support, software integration for NAV/CRM and third party software. Das will also head our Alberta Support Team based out of Calgary.
I am a senior-level finance executive & business owner that is comfortable driving value added financial change through organizations. I have been instrumental as a senior executive charged with leading a successful & significant turnaround for a unionized Canadian manufacturing & construction business; was accountable to lead the finance & administration areas for large manufacturing start-up’s in the U.S. Midwest region for Arcelor Mittal and in Ontario for Max Aicher Steel. I was also the project executive for two large organizational restructurings as an employee of Walmart Canada and Dofasco Inc. both of which involved new ERP systems, procedural improvements, and change management initiatives.
I have worked in the machining industry for over 30 years. I began my apprenticeship in 1980 and completed a CNC certified apprenticeship and programmer in 1983. My parents started a small business (TDP Aerospace) and we worked as a family and grew the company to 70 employees, 40,000 sq. ft. plant making tier two Aerospace products. I was a machinist, then plant manager, scheduler and operations manager. We implemented 2 ERP systems, one we designed and wrote and eventually a larger ERP sourced from shop9000.
We sold the business in 2000 and I started a new CNC Aerospace shop in 2003. This company began with Aerospace and eventually made products for the Audio Industry specifically large record players and accessories.
We operated two E-commerce site, inventory control, advanced ERP for shop/materials and the benefit of integrated accounting. We managed over 5,000 customers and actively used Microsoft CRM to help us manage our customer base. After 33 years in manufacturing I joined VOX ISM and I would like to offer my experience to assist in implementing Microsoft Dynamics to Canadian manufacturers.

With 6 years experience in Project Management in the Solar Energy industry, Ksenia has successfully initialized and delivered results with complex and multi-phased projects. Some examples include Federal programs that required the installation of large Solar Energy Farms in remote locations like the Yukon. As a Project Manager, she is able to plan, execute and close projects on time and within budget. Ksenia’s attention to detail and the needs of the clients deliver positive results throughout the process. Her career also includes over 6 years experience in operations, purchasing and inventory management. Furthermore, she has led the implementation of new processes and revamped old procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs & risks. Ksenia is formerly a Microsoft Dynamics NAV user and is passionate about the business solutions Vox ISM can provide its clients as she has experienced the positive improvements that Dynamics NAV & Dynamics CRM platforms can make first hand.
Gord will be the primary contact point for project scheduling, scope and resource allocation activities. Both setting the original schedule and maintaining and communicating it with the client. Gord will ensure that the VOX schedule integrates with the client’s schedule, that VOX resources are utilized in their optimum capacity and are following the agreed upon schedule and scope.
Gord’s background as a Corporate Controller includes both manufacturing and service industries. His roles had him leading or participating in ERP, CRM and other systems implementations or reimplementation/improvement projects. As a former client he understands that the integration of VOX processes with the client’s ultimate needs are keys to the success of an implementation project.
Gord has a Bachelor of Business Administration with honours degree with a specialization in Accounting as well as over 23 years of progressive experience, all with a focus on systems implementation or improvement.
Jacob is Microsoft Certified CRM Sales Consultant with Vox ISM. He provides on-site and remote customer training as well as direction and guidance throughout our Dynamics 365 implementations. Jacob specializes in automation and CRM configurations and often presents at our free webinars, providing insights, best practices, and sharing his knowledge of new features in Dynamics 365. He is also part of Vox ISM’s Project Management Team. As a graduate of Langara College’s Electronic Media Design program with a background in marketing and administration in the capital equipment sector, he posses in-depth knowledge on enriching the user experience.
Michael has 15 years of experience with software. Having implemented over 30 business systems and providing spot-consulting to most of our customer base, He is generally seen as the operations control expert; combining the shop floor best practices and theory with extensive product knowledge and technical aptitude. Michael holds a Honors Bachelor of Arts from Wilfred Laurier and has taken APICS courses at Conestoga College. Michael is also certified in MS CRM and ERP presales assessments.
Responsible for existing account management and new business development within the Canadian SME market sector by building partnerships with Key Decision Makers from Managers to C level executives and owners.
Ed is responsible for the professional services organization at Vox ISM, as well as Customer service and Microsoft CRM implementation and training. Ed is ultimately responsible for the success of our projects, our people, and the solutions delivered. Ed’s background includes over 20 years in operations management, including many levels of responsibility within manufacturing and professional services organizations, including the implementation of ERP and CRM, and ISO systems as a customer himself. Having sat where many of our clients are sitting today made it clear to him that alignment of Vox ISM’s objectives with the customer’s objectives of going live, being a reference, and having long term support would be the a key to the success of the services organization. Ed has previously held positions within the Vox ISM group of companies as an ERP consultant, Project Manager, Engagement Manager, to our many customers. His 10+ years with Vox ISM has allowed him to implement, be project manager, or oversee well over 200 implementations. Prior to joining Vox ISM, he spent 13 years in operations management in the printing and packaging industry. Ed is a CPIM, with Business Admin Diploma, specializing in Production and Operations Management. Ed is certified in MS CRM Applications.
As a member of the VOX ISM CRM team, Emma is responsible for understanding the customer’s needs and implementing the MS Dynamics CRM solution to bring the most value to the customer. Her specialty is in helping companies to define data integration and customer relationship processes, and strategies to support their ongoing changes.
Emma’s background includes over 20 years in top positions at software and consulting companies, where she was responsible for the software development, project management, analysis and implementation.
Emma has previously held Application Developer VI (Manager) position at Tarion where she was responsible for the development and support of the core CRM and Financial applications and before that – Managing Consultant position with Magic Software Enterprises where she was responsible for overseeing CRM and ERP projects and implementations.
At VOX ISM Emma defined strategies for data migrations, designed and developed data models, performed data load from various systems into MS CRM after de-duplicating and cleansing the data. She has also designed and implemented numerous integration processes between ERP and MS CRM systems. Emma has worked on data integrations and CRM implementations for the companies including CI Investments, Toronto Star, Husky, The Hanen Center, Design Labels, Baffin, Septimatech, and many more.
Emma holds a Master degree in Mathematics from the Kharkov State University (Ukraine). Emma is also certified in MS CRM Customizations and Configurations.
Shawn joins VoxISM with over 6 years experience as a controller at Mister Coffee Group in Toronto an 2 years prior as an analyst.
With over 25 years of experience in the Software and IT Industries(and 19 years with Vox ISM), Trevor has been involved in hundreds f software implementations and upgrades. Currently, he is Vox ISM’s “go to” resource for anything technical hanging to do with SQL Server, SharePoint, Mobility/IFD, Remote Access, Database migrations and other areas of IT infrastructure and administration. Trevor works closely with our customers and their IT personnel and is always eager to share his wealth of knowledge.
Ernie is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of ERP implementations. This includes business process review and re-alignment, training, educating and coaching on software and business processes, needs analysis and “Getting it done”. Ernie consults on the full process from quote to cash.
Ernie’s background includes +30 years of operations experience; working in automotive Tier 1, aerospace and defense, and mining industries. His work was mainly in materials management, information technology, procurement, project management and internal projects+10 years of ERP consulting, 3 years as Senior Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Worked with and implemented several different ERP software solutions.
He brings a personal touch to projects and is very comfortable in any environment from Boardrooms to Shipping Docks. He concentrates on essentials and is a specialist at “Go Live” quickly – he is very personable and works well one-on-one or with larger groups.
Val has a degree in Accounting and IT, she is also Supply Chain certified with over 15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Inventory Management. A former NAV customer and NAV super user, Val has worked on multiple company’s restructuring projects, process improvements as well as process implementation. Val has consulted start-up companies on supply chain engineering, process building and ERP requirements. Being a former NAV customer she understands how it is to be on the other side of the table.
Joe’s background includes +35 years experience in Manufacturing, Distribution and IT and is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of your ERP and CRM implementations. Joe is also the product manager for the Vox ISM Labour Time Reporting System.
As project manager Joe’s role is to create, maintain and communicate the Project Plan with the Milestones and Activities required to ensure as fast and easy as possible go-live.

Shubhang has over 3 of experience as NAV ERP Consultant. He has Masters of Business in ERP systems along with bachelor’s degree in IT. He has worked across industry verticals like manufacturing, distribution and automotive. He started working as NAV Consultant and progressed his career to various other verticals of ERP and CRM. His forte lies in NAV and CRM Implementation specifically within supply chain, manufacturing and distribution.
Sukhi’s background includes 25+ years of Management in Accounting, Finance, Operations and ERP implementations in various industries which include Real Estate, Manufacturing, IT and Financial Services. He has experience in implementing several different ERP software solutions. Most recently in his role as CFO and a NAV customer he managed the implementation of NAV in a manufacturing environment for their Canada and China operations.
