Discussing an EDI implementation is different from an EDI integration project. While an EDI implementation may be part of an EDI integration project, the latter is significantly more comprehensive, difficult and costly since it involves bringing your EDI data into and out of your ERP/Accounting system.
Most EDI vendors already have most of the mapping and testing done with your trading partners (i.e. Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, Loblaws, etc.) and so activating or implementing EDI has become more of a commodity and easily done in a couple of weeks.
In this webinar, we will discuss the ERP requirements necessary to make a smooth EDI Integration project. Also, this webinar will educate new users to what EDI is and how it automates the communication between your trading partners.
Webinar Agenda:
1. What is EDI? How does it work?
2. Demonstration of the quote to cash cycle in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
3. Discussion of setup requirements (cross-references, pricing, ship-to’s, etc.)
4. How to approach and roll out an EDI implementation to an ERP
This webinar will take place on the Cisco Webex platform. Once registered, we will send you the links required to join the Live Webinar.
