Currently Dynamics NAV allows you to enter quality measurements against a production order’s operations but really what we need is the ability to enter the quality measurements upon receipt. So we’ve added this functionality and will include it in our latest release of the Food and Distribution Vertical Accelerator. This will allow you to setup the quality tasks against an item and then upon receipt of the purchase order’s lot number or finish goods receipt prompt you to enter the quality information.
