Jacob Steinfeld
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Expert
Jacob is a Microsoft Certified CRM Sales Consultant with Vox ISM. He provides on-site and remote customer training as well as direction and guidance throughout our Dynamics 365 implementations. Jacob specializes in automation and CRM configurations and often presents at our free webinars, providing insights, best practices, and sharing his knowledge of new features in Dynamics 365. He is also part of Vox ISM’s Project Management Team. As a graduate of Langara College’s Electronic Media Design program with a background in marketing and administration in the capital equipment sector, he posses in-depth knowledge on enriching the user experience.
