  • How to access and activate Copilot? 

You can access Copilot from any device and any channel that supports Microsoft 365, such as the web app, the desktop app, or Teams. To activate Copilot, you need to enable Copilot in your settings and give it access to your data and permissions. Once you do that, you can start using Copilot by clicking on the Copilot icon, saying “Hey Copilot”, or typing “@Copilot” in the chat window. 

  • How to use Copilot with different Microsoft Products 

– Show how to use Microsoft Copilot in different Microsoft 365 apps, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Planner, Whiteboard, Forms, and Teams 

– Highlight the features and capabilities of Microsoft Copilot, such as insights, recommendations, automation, personalization, and natural language understanding 

– Provide examples of common tasks and scenarios that Microsoft Copilot can help with, such as scheduling meetings, creating documents, designing presentations, analyzing data, taking notes, managing projects, brainstorming ideas, creating surveys, and communicating with colleagues
