Microsoft Dynamics 365 has created a new universal interface for users to access the data for particular teams, departments, or groups within your company. There are new specific features available in an area which they call Hubs. Multiple Hubs that are available depending on the subscription you purchased. The available Hubs are the Customer Service Hub, previously known as the Interactive Service Hub, the Sales Hub, the Project Resource Hub, and the Field Service Hub.
