In this webinar, we will demonstrate how to manage credit and accounts receivable using one central view using the Dynamics 365. Credit and collections managers can use this central view to manage collections, add notes, tasks, promises and create follow up phone calls. Collections agents can begin the collections process from customer lists that are generated by using predefined collection criteria, or from the Customers page.
This webinar will cover the following procedures:
· Subscribing to customer ageing reports
· Reviewing account balance information from Outlook
· Creating lists, groups and charts to organize collections customers, activities, and cases
· Reviewing all communication for one customer to provide a 360-degree view of all account activity.
· Create dunning letters, statements or interest charges
· Correct, Reverse or change collection dates
· Use the information to create a cash flow projection
· Create a write-off transaction
