Microsoft has announced the acquisition of AI-based technology company Nuance Communications for $19.7 billion in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition will expand voice recognition and transcription technology and will be embedded into Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform for faster and easier support for customers, end-to-end security, interoperability and compliance.
The software is currently in use with Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, but we are expecting existing this technology will improve upon the existing AI, assistant and virtual agents that already exist in the solution. This webinar will explore how this new purchase will integrating into the platform.
