Process Flow Demonstrated

1. Stock will be stored in a controlled area of the factory
2. Production orders are scheduled on 3 different machines
3. A pick ticket will be created for 3 production orders on one machine
4. The material will be moved from the stock location to the floor location
5. Production will be reported hourly and material consumed accordingly (automatically)
6. At the end of the day, the floor locations will be reconciled, and excess material moved back to stock or adjusted out and expensed.
