We are currently in Haliburton, ON learning more about Microsoft NAV & CRM 2017. Vox has earned two Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) Gold Competencies – ERP (NAV) and CRM. Vox was required to write extensive MCP qualifying exams, customer evidence, performance, and membership fees. This means that there is constant learning and training for Vox’s staff. Learning is both trying and fun.
MPN membership measures its Resellers using competencies. Microsoft has grouped the competencies into six Centers of Excellence to align their Resellers business needs: App Dev and ISV; Cloud Platform & Infra; Data Mgmt & Analytics; Business Applications (ERP); Mobility and Productivity. In addition to the six Centers of Excellence, there are 12 additional competencies including CRM. There are two levels of competencies – silver and gold. Gold being more prestige.
By earning Microsoft Partner Network Competency status, Microsoft recognizes Vox for developing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics solutions for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and CRM customers. Competencies have many benefits to Vox and their customers. To the customer, they can trust that Vox will deliver high quality installations and valued customer service.
It is not all work and no play for Vox’s staff at their training sessions. Today they plan on a boat cruise followed by a night time barbecue and fire. Hope you are having a good summer day. Good bye from Haliburton.
