On Tuesday, June 25, 2019, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm, VOX ISM held an exclusive onsite training for customers at Microsoft Canada HQ in Mississauga. The training session covered Microsoft Business Central (previously Microsoft NAV) and Dynamics 365 for Advanced Manufacturing.
The VOX ISM team lead by Jim Heaton, President and CEO, provided valuable insight on the importance of upgrading to Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and harnessing the power Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform along with other great features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of tools to adapt to the ever-changing, fast-growing modern, business landscape. Present in training as well is Michael Fontaine, Certified Solutions Expert, and David Cameron, Financial NAV Consultant and CPA – both discussed the effectivity of Microsoft’s Power BI and Cortana Artificial Intelligence not only for shop floor data collection, management and control but as well as in financial management and reporting. The presentation team collectively has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, finance, and business operations and are trusted names in their respective industry.
