With over 5 years experience in client relations and customer service within the healthcare software development industry, Olga brings her project management expertise in planning and directing activities pertaining to Compliance and Education systems implementation, and Electronic Health Record software solution. With over 75 projects managed, Olga served as a single point of contact while driving the project lifecycle from original concept through to final implementation with a focus on enhancing productivity and efficiency. Olga’s overall responsibility comprised of leading testing of new releases, designing software requirements, improving project management documentation, as well as designing training materials and checklists for more streamlined business processes.
