Overview
This in‑person session provides a practical, real‑world look at how Microsoft Copilot and AI agents deliver measurable value across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Business Central, and Office. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of Microsoft’s 2026 technology roadmap and learn how to apply new features effectively within their organization.
The session will demonstrate how to optimize Copilot within Business Central, CRM, and Office, with specific examples showing how real users achieve real productivity gains. Several new features released over the past two months will be highlighted, many of which typical users have not yet seen.
The previous in‑person Copilot training session attracted more than 600 registrations, making it the most popular event of the year. This upcoming session aims to provide the same high‑value learning experience.
