After having used Microsoft CRM for Sales (now called Microsoft Dynamics 365) for the last 3 months, this is what I think you will like best about it.

1. The Dashboard below, can be now configured for each user, connected to Power BI, run on your mobile device, and have it presented in Excel with drill down to your source transactions.

2. It is quick and easy to get your sales force started on CRM. You will only need to get them trained on the 5 screens below:

  • Accounts
  • Contacts
  • Opportunities
  • Activities (Calls, Appointments, Tasks)
  • Your Dashboard

After your configuration, you only need 2 hours to train the reps, then 2 weeks to insure they really use CRM.

3.Graphical hierarchical display of Org. structures, integrated to LinkedIn.

I have been on Microsoft CRM for over 10 years now, it gets more tightly integrated with all the Microsoft tools and software with every new release.
