Since the start of 2023, the past 346 days have seen the explosive growth of AI, continued interest rate increases helping to drive down inflation, and even Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour that became the highest-grossing in history. This year has forced us to focus on what we know to be true: that remaining agile and resilient are key to success.
As we near the year-end, we want to take a moment to reflect back on some of the key highlights for us in 2023.
We celebrated 25 years of Vox ISM, unveiled exciting new additions and enhancements to the Microsoft suite of products, met many of you in-person and digitally at our Seminars, User Group meetings and Weekly Webinars and welcomed even more customers to our growing community. Vox is Canada’s largest Microsoft Dynamics dealer, with hundreds of implementations on Microsoft CRM, Business Central
(used to be NAV) and Office products (Teams, Power BI, Chat GPT now call Copilot)

2023 By the Numbers
As we count down the days until the new year, we are counting up the numbers that defined 2023. In the time it takes to read this newsletter, Vox ISM customers will have processed tens of thousands of accounting transactions. Every month, our customers have more than 100,000+ active users benefiting from our solutions, driving their business productivity and growth to new heights.

Our main focus through-out the year has been helping you succeed by delivering new and improved products and features and providing with you free learning webinars – helping you leverage what you already have!
In January, Vox ISM and Microsoft have brought updates to financials, HR, supply chain management, Health services, Cyber-Security and more. Many of you have greatly reduced the time and effort spent on daily routines by using automation tools like Power Automate, Power Apps and Workflows all built right into our products… boosting employee happiness and making your job easier.
In 2023 Microsoft had 2 major new releases (called Wave 1 and Wave 2) in the spring and fall, and plan Todo the same for 2024
In October (Wave 2) we showed you exciting new innovations and tools now part of the Microsoft suite:
· The power of AI meets the power of the Microsoft with Co-Pilot, Viva Sales, ChatGPT and MS Fabric which will help boost the efficiency of your teams by giving them the power to create and review contextual and personalized content in seconds and provide insights and suggestions, streamlining your processes and improving your marketing response.
Updates to security tools and services such as MS Purview, Data Loss Prevention and MS Security Services to Incident Response, just to name a few, have helped our customers improve their Cyber-security profile. These along with the 200+ daily security updates that Microsoft pushes out continue to help our customers protect their data and operations in the wake of the ever-increasing cyber threats.

We were very busy in 2023, and we had a lot of fun! Vox ISM brought together our customers, partners, and employees to learn, network, and explore how they can unlock even more value with their Microsoft products. But it’s our customers who are the true stars of the show embracing the new tools, implementing them in creative ways and providing us valuable feedback as part of the on-going team relationship we have with each of you, working together to help your business thrive and grow!
