Today the Vox ISM team met at the Granite Club to review the year-to-date and plan for the fall and beginning of 2018.
Making improvements to better serve our customers
Firstly we reviewed our projects and looked into how we can make improvements that will provide faster implementations, improve communications with our customers, and get our customers geared up for new updates. At Vox ISM our goal is to get our customers up and running on new implementations in 180 days or less. As part of our efforts to achieve this goal we are hiring additional project managers and consultants, as well as updating our Customer Portal (now accessible from our website’s homepage).
Planning for the Fall
In the fall of 2017 Vox ISM will be offering our customers the latest CRM from Microsoft. Dynamics for Sales (V9) will be available in October and comes with a ton of new features to improve efficiency, unify the user experience, and increase integration capabilities. Internally Vox ISM will be upgrading to the newest version as well, and we couldn’t be more excited to take advantage of everything it has to offer. In the spring of 2018 we will also be offering Microsoft NAV 2018 to our customers, as well as implementing it internally. The newest NAV version will provide improvements to the existing features with a focus on integration improvements with Power BI, Outlook, and Office 365. Along with these new Microsoft products Vox ISM will be launching our very own Apps from Microsoft’s App Source.
