Strong Engagement and Real-World Interest
Our recent seminar delivered a clear message: AI is no longer theoretical—it’s operational. With a full room of engaged attendees, the session focused on how organizations can move from curiosity to capability using Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and business applications like Business Central and Dynamics 365.

From Copilot to Autonomous AI Agents
The session explored how Microsoft Copilot has evolved from a generative assistant into a platform that supports autonomous AI agents across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. Rather than acting as a standalone tool, Copilot works inside the Microsoft ecosystem, respecting existing security, permissions, and data structures. A clear adoption roadmap was shared, showing how organizations typically progress—from free generative AI tools to licensed Copilot capabilities and ultimately to custom, role-based AI agents.
Live Demonstrations and Practical Use Cases
Live demonstrations brought these concepts to life. Attendees saw Copilot summarize emails in Outlook, generate meeting agendas in Teams, and autonomously build dashboards in Excel. Power Automate demonstrations showed how custom AI models can support real-
world use cases, while Business Central highlighted how AI agents can reduce manual effort in accounts payable workflows.
Using Copilot Studio, presenters demonstrated how organizations can build focused AI agents that securely connect to ERP and CRM systems. A key takeaway was the value of smaller, role-based agents that are easier to manage, secure, and scale.
Governance and trust were recurring themes throughout the seminar. Best practices included structuring SharePoint content carefully, validating AI outputs during early adoption, and preparing for more advanced oversight using tools like Microsoft Purview and Copilot Security.

If this seminar sparked ideas, the next step is seeing these tools in action. Join us on April 29 to experience Business Central and Copilot in person, with hands-on demonstrations you can apply directly to your organization.
