On Thursday, October 7, 2019, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm, VOX ISM held a free, exclusive sales and marketing workshop for small/medium businesses at Microsoft HQ Canada. In the event are eager marketing and sales professionals coming from various industries who would like to know the latest trends and technologies pertaining Customer Relationship and Engagement Management, as well as existing VOX ISM customers who are looking to freshen up some skills and would like to know some new tips and tricks. It was a success, and there was a lot of interaction, discussion and exchange of ideas.
In the seminar, Jim Heaton, President of VOX ISM and a certified CRM professional, presented the No.1 sales force automation software in the market – Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Marketing! He showed how Dynamics 365 for Sales and Marketing could deliver a holistic view of your customers and assist the sales team in fostering stronger relationships through meaningful interactions. Jim also showed how to use LinkedIn to generate and qualify prospects for the Marketing team, create polished quotes on the go with Office 365 and Dynamics 365, how to manage the sales pipeline and how to get a live sales report using Power BI – All of it fully modern, mobile, intelligent, integrated office experience powered by Microsoft.
The workshop showcased much great information. Jim also covered today’s best practices in Social Media and showed how to synchronize and optimize marketing campaigns and activities using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform to double sales results.
As a Sales and Marketing person, I enjoyed the features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. It is fully integrated with all other great Microsoft products – allowing me to get more work done in less time and track overall performance. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement software is also very intuitive and very user-friendly – making my daily workflow more streamlined and taking much of the thinking out of it.
The seminar also featured Farshad Saadatmand, Microsoft Software Implementer.
