Dear Staff:

Shane Kinsella is joining VoxISM to fill our open position in customer relationship management consultant.

His first day is Sept 5,2016

Shane has worked for a number of years in customer service and we are delighted to welcome him to the VoxISM team. If you see Shane on Skype, be sure to welcome him to the company. He will participate in employee onboarding activities for his first couple of weeks on the job.

Shane’s employee mentor is Ed Michitsch so if you have questions or need to meet with Shane, you can talk with Ed before he starts.

Shane will work closely with the other customer service specialists, Jacob Steinfeld and Emma Arkadyev. He will work in the customer service department, fielding questions on Dynamics CRM and directing support calls to local consultants. Take a moment to phone and welcome Shane to the company.
