What does a $27billion dollar purchase and over $12billion in annual research and development expenditures get you? Well, it gets you a leader spot in Gartner’s Sales Force Automation report for starters. For Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers, it gets you all the tools you need to empower your sales force. Every year Microsoft will have two significant launches for their Microsoft Dynamics 365 line of business solutions. The next launch is in April ’19 and it is packed with artificial intelligence, improved LinkedIn integrations, collaborative sales features with Microsoft Teams, and more.
Let’s look at the most powerful tool, in my opinion, intelligent social selling with Microsoft Relationship Sales (LinkedIn integration). The aforementioned $27,000,000,000 purchase of LinkedIn by Microsoft was always about leveraging the #1 business database with their CRM business solutions. New features include out of the box viewing of LinkedIn profiles with no need for additional licensing as well as a Live Org Chart experience which notifies users about contact updates from LinkedIn. When utilized with your LinkedIn Campaign Manager for your marketing initiatives then the system can automatically populate your database with LinkedIn member and company information. At Vox ISM, we use it. Reach out to me and I’ll gladly show you how (my information is at the bottom). We brought our CPL from ~$200 to ~$28 and tripled our sales for the 3rd year in a row. The list of features grows if you are using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
