After receiving several phone calls and questions about this promotion, I thought that we should make a micro-blog explaining some of the details.
Currently Microsoft has a promotion called ‘Give Me 5 + 2 Extended’. This deal runs until Dec 27th and provides 7 Full licenses of Dynamics NAV plus the extended pack functionality (5 users at a 50% off + 2 extra + 50% off on the extended pack). Normally a concurrent user license costs $3,300, the starter pack $5,500 and the Extended pack costs $11,000. This would mean that without the promotions the average cost for a 7 user system is around $30,000. Just for software. So for $14,850, you get great value for the Dynamics package
For existing customers, Microsoft is providing a 15% discount on additional users ($450 savings) in the ‘Get 3 More 4 Less’ – the literature states that it only applies to perpetual licensing but we have clarified it extends to all models and can be combined with the Give me 5 promotion.
We provide software and customization to the base Dynamics solution for many industry verticals. So Vox is participating with Microsoft and providing its software 50% off as well as including the data migration services and a reduce implementation daily rate. Our deal expires Dec 22nd.
Depending on the size of your organization, the total cost (software, services, maintenance, taxes, and servers) should be under $100,000. If an ERP replacement is on the budget for 2015, there is no better time to buy than now.
