Microsoft & VOX ISM had an overflow audience at the Mississauga Living Art Center to see Microsoft Fall software releases for Business Central, CRM, and Copilot. The most interest from the audience was the many changes to Microsoft Copilot and how it is integrated now to all Microsoft products including Outlook and Excel. The big difference from our spring in-person event was that Tariffs were only discussed for 1 minute, vs. 30 minutes in April.
For the first time in Canada, we presented the Microsoft Copilot AP Agent, which reads all incoming vendors invoices, automatically posts them for your review and approval, and matches them to your PO’s, and will even create new Suppliers in BC. This product will replace Continia. The AP agent is the first of 10 agents that Microsoft is releasing this fall. The estimated saving is a 50% reduction in your AP work for the accounting department!
