As a Sales and Marketing person, I personally enjoyed the features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. It is fully integrated with all other great Microsoft products – allowing me to get more work done in less time and track overall performance. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement software is also very intuitive and very user-friendly – making my daily workflow more streamlined and taking much of the thinking out of it.

Another great feature that I find with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement software is its integration with LinkedIn, which allows me to drive sales and business development opportunities from LinkedIn connections.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement software is a powerful tool to have and every business should have it. The workshop was definitely worth the time and it gave me a lot of valuable information that I can use.
