1 – COJG Funding for Training – Highlights

  • 50% of third party training costs are funded for eligible companies with more than 99 employees
  • 83% of third party training costs are funded for eligible companies with 100 employees or less
  • Maximum funding per employee is $10,000
  • New in 2017: employers with fewer than 50 employees can receive 100% funding for unemployed individuals that they will be hiring and training (maximum 15,000 in grants for each new hire)
  • Training must be completed in 52 weeks or less

  • Since its inception, the COJG program has helped thousands of businesses access grant money to pay for third party training of their employees.
